I put license.txt in /CereusReporting/config/ and it worked.

Oh .. i need to look into a way to fix this. Instead of a error 500 it should tell you that the license file is missing ...

hi,

i installed CereusReporting 3.01 linux 64bit in cacti 1.1.20, when i click install in plugins cacti, i get error message CereusReporting/setup.php is corrupt.
i am following this instruction https://www.urban-software.com/wp-conte ... _6and7.pdf

what should i do ?

Did you also download the license file from the dowload page and placed it into the config directory ?

Hello,
I've installed latest version of CereusReporting, I can create PDF's but are empty with message : Error opening the file : /tmp/xxx/xx.png

I enabled debug, but I dont see any errors :

Permissions are 777 on /tmp /images /archive. It seems that files arent created on /tmp folder or ?.

Hi

In case you're using CentOS, the tmp directory moved to the /tmp/systemd...httpd.../tmp (or something the like )
It could also be selinux or a missing curl module (php-curl).

Nevertheless, there's going to be a new version out shortly solving some of the issues wiht Cacti 1.2.x and updating several modules.

What PHP and Cacti version do you currently have ?

Ok.

Please try this version:

Make sure to switch to the mPDF report engine.

Hello,
If I use this(copied in /var/www/html/cacti/plugins/CereusReporting) it breaks apache server( I cant access login page anymore, it shows an empty page).

That means that the license file is not being picked up properly or is wrong.
What license file are you using ?

I accidentaly deleted license file, got rid of errors now, but I'm back to square one. The pdf created is empty with message : Error opening the file : /tmp/xxx/xx.png using TCPDF.

Ok,

Can you provide:

php -m
and also do this:

cd /var/www/html/cacti/plugins/CereusReporting
chmod 775 -R server/php/files/
chmod 775 -R tmp images archive backup vendor/mpdf/mpdf/tmp/
And check what you have entered as the "Cacti Host/Server URL" in the settings. Try putting localhost in there as a test ( "http://127.0.0.1" )

You should get rid of this message:

check your php ini files, there's some statement trying to load the ioncube loader twice.

Progress :
It works now, the culprit was the host/URL in CereusReporting settings. I had only cacti.host.com without the https:// in front.
Works with http://127.0.0.1 also, thank you.

PS : It works only with TCPDF, if I switch to mPDF plugin gets disabled.
